The rider in the clip is an advanced rider. He gave a ride that was within the speed limit, and gave account of the poor weather conditions. The ride he gave was safe and in accordance with the enhanced rider scheme guidelines was classed as LOW RISK

He was issued with an ''Eric and had no further training needs for this scheme.
